Good luster, clean fields, strong strike, couple of hits on the cheek. Average toning.

I will say MS-64

[also a good chance this is PL]

I would say MS-63. A few to many scratches and hits on the cheek and neck to make MS-64 in my opinion.

I really like the toning on the coin, very nice.

Looking at the coin more, I am noticing that the Y in Liberty looks to be worn, and so does the hair surrounding it. I am not sure if its just the picture or the lighting.

If it's MS then it has a poor obverse strike for the San Fran mint. From the images it could go anywhere from AU55 to MS63.

Best guess? MS62.

MS63. Cheek chatter holds it back, but the fields on Obverse and Reverse and really clean, so MS64 is possible

Note I think what looks like strike weakness on the obverse hair and "L" in liberty is actually a series of fine scratches/scuff on the slab

Mmmmmk. so your wide range guesses tell me I took bad pics. here are some that I deem a million times better. Also I noticed in this time around that the rev. is slightly rotated. not worth noting I know but still cool.

The second set of images are much better. Bump my grade from MS62 to MS63. Not a great strike for San Fran but the second set of images make it look at least average.

I see wear, many distracting scratches, dings, marks etc, MS61+.
I do not see a sign of a possible PL designation?
