I keep them in 2X2 holders in a 3-ring binder. I would love to have them in a Dansco album or something like that, since it would look a lot better, but since they are not a uniform size or shape I haven't found a way to do that.

Hmm...I never really thought of making a dated set of off center cents. Are you going to try for all seven of the 1982 cents?

Just an idle question - how do we know all the dates and mints even exist?

That has always been one of the major reasons I haven't had much interest in errors - we don't really know what's out there...what's possible to find,a nd what's not - nature of the beast.

With die varieties, if one example of a given die is known, there's a decent chance there are at least more out there - somewhere.

By the way, very nice collection. I will look around and see if I can find anything that might help you along. I always have a few odds and ends around here.

I'm happy with just date and mint mark.

A complete date/mm set from 1959 to 2003 plus a 2004 Philly sold on Heritage in January of 2006 for $3,450.

I know all the Memorials exist up to at least then. Post 2001 dated off centers tend to be very minor and are hard to find. There are a few 60's and 70's dates that are exceptionally tough to find and of course command some hefty premiums, but they do exist.

I recently saw a 2004 on ebay that I forgot to bid on...D'OH

Yup, I agree. However, when you've looked at these off centers for a while, you start noticing the same dates that seem to pop up for sale fairly frequently. It gives you at least somewhat of a foggy idea of which dates are tough and which ones are common.

That would be awesome! Thanks.
