Does anyone know where I can get my hands on the AirTights that the US Mint uses on its Silver & Gold eagles? I want the ones that have the lip on the outside, I do not like the ones that are smooth all the way around.

Any ideas?

The Air-tites are for sure smooth. I don't know about Lighthouse, never used those.

Here's another option for getting them:

I've ordered from Wizard and their prices are good and they ship very promptly. I'd highly recommend them.

I am not sure but I think you can look for "direct fit" air tites and it may have the ridge you are talking about. I know they do not have the ring in the holder like the ones the mint uses but not sure if they are smooth or not. this is what the direct fit for the ASE looks like http://cgi.ebay.com/100-Airtite-Coi...em45f79374ee

NEWS FLASH !

You might not be aware but the mint capsules are NOT ..repeat NOT air tight. Coins will tone in their original mint capsules when stored improperly.

Thanks
