Here are the specs from the US mint site. The stated diameter is 19.05 mm. I doubt the deviation would be more than 0.01 mm which would not be detectable by measuring devices available to the general population.
Thanks svslav, I checked Red Book it states that Lincoln cents are 19mm and the mint site says 19.05mm I guess .05mm doesn't matter much. Thanks all for your help, John1
