I received my 2010 proof ASE's and had to return 1 of them due to a large scratch on the obverse on the sun. Every time I order multiple items from the mint I end up returning something.

Question for you guys. Got my 2 ASE Proofs on the 22nd of Dec.

1 had a scratch on the obverse and I sent it back the same day requesting a replacement. Now, just found out that they are sold out as of yesterday.

What are my chances of getting a replacement? Following possibilities:

1) Mint saves a few for replacements and I get a good new one?

2) I get someone else's jacked up returned coin?

3) They say sorry and refund my money?

Thanks in advance.
