dont think its the type C , but I'm no expert
I went through this with my 64-d
The tail feathers have to be really sharp with lines in them and the leaves tips sharper points at the tips
I cant tell but it might be a RMP a D over the D, see if you can get a better pic of the mint mark

After looking at the arrow tips, I decided it is Type A. What about the MM? Seems to be a winner of some sort.

The mint mark looks like a normal damaged mint mark from what I can see. Looks like a silver melt coin to me.

type A. Also if you can get about $5 melt go for it!

Here's a pic of a BU 1964D Rev C. Note the lines splitting the tailfeathers. Harvey

Awesome, thanks! I'll be sure to melt it so this doesn't show back up here again!

The problem most have, myself included, is how to tell a worn Type C from a reg Type A.
When a C is worn it seems impossible to tell because details are not as sharp. Any suggestions?

See My Post "Yipeeee Rev C 25C" for a pic. The coin pic at the top doesn't look like a rev C to me. The lines separating the tailfeathers are still very visible even on a VF coin.
