I traded some "tweaker" a half a pack of cig. at a gas station off Mcdowell yesterday morning MS-65? what do ya think? oh yea the cigs. were stale heh heh heh

By "tweaker" I presume you mean you traded a meth addict ciggs for this beautiful coin?

this one may be a 64 but the hits on the cheek may keep it lower. You have to remember the TPG's are very tough on Morgans (I am guessing because of how many people collect them) and a MS-65 is considered GEM. If it has hits in the main focul area (cheek is a main focus point) it will never grade GEM by a reputable TPG. Weak strike of the New Orleans Morgans also can keep it from being GEM also (even though it is the Mints fault, it still will stop it from getting in a GEM holder) I beleive you did great for a half pack of smokes but I dont think it would ever make it in a 65 holder and if the hits are as bad as they look like they may be, it would probably keep it lower than 64 as well

I'd give it a shot at 64, depending on the lower cheek area. Sometimes those details photograph worse than they look to the naked eye.

krush, the only person that got screwed was the person he stole the coin from.
