I think it's a solid EF45.

Lighting needs to be adjusted. I don't think there's any wear on this coin. It looks very clean.

Those fields are really clean I don't see a mark on it. Interesting die crark under the shoulder also.
Is there some corrosion on the beard toward the back of the jaw? This coins got to be Au at worse,
based on the top 4-5 seeds on the right wheat stalk, but that may be die state, so maybe the coin is MS.

Thanks for your grades

I bought the coin last year on ebay for about $5. It was advertised as an MS coin, but I bid as if it were an XF/AU coin. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it because it has quite a bit of luster in hand. I didn't really capture the luster in the photos.

I graded it a high AU coin, but thought that it could possibly be a late state die MS coin.

As I said, please try to readjust your lighting to capture the luster and try again. I believe the photos you have posted do not do the coin justice. It is impossible to tell whether the coin is AU or uncirculated from the images provided.

Blowing up the images in zoomFox, the coat, jaw and cheek are the only issue-areas for me; I don't know whether I'd want to call that wear, or not. If it is wear, it's AU-58 wear to these eyes. And, this is a nice, problem-free coin.
