The Obverse and reverse seem to look pretty good, but it looks like the rim sure took a beating. Sad how these come directly from the mint.

The rim damage bites, I can't see the spotting with your camera shot. There must be some spots, they really effect the grade. Excellent example as far as hits! Not bad for only 3 rolls. MS-66 if the spots aren't bad.

Perhaps MS-64 due to the rim nicks. If there are more bag marks on the central design that the pics don't show, that would obviously bring it down to 62/3.

It would depend on the grade and value. I have no idea what these go for in high grade. I wouldn't submit unless they could be worth at least $150 each after grading.

I would not send them in. The prices do not seem to justify grading presidents. PCGS shows top graded presidents at around $30 with the top pop jumping to $1000's. Sooo, unless you have the highest graded president coin found so far, dont send them in because you will end up with 65's, and 66's that will sell on ebay for $5-$15.

I love my presidents but I am really struggling with the information I just researched (and mentioned above). I just don't see these ever really being worth more then a few dollars each. One also has to keep in mint how many millions are STILL sitting in vaults. Plus, finding a business strike MS66 is next to impossible.

Nevertheless, I too am a collector of them and will place my best finds in airtights and hope they will not tarnish too fast.

Yodie, you've got some really nice preziz there. I would grade them at least 65's. Those little rim nics are worse in the pictures then in real life and I have seen MS66's with little nics here and there.
