Picked this up off another forum member. It needed a little TLC so here's some before and after conservation pictures. Tell me what you think of the grade and the conservation:

Very nice! It's amazing what a little Deller's Darkener can do!

The '12-D is an often over-looked date. Where does it rank in the overall scheme of Lincoln Cent mintages? #18 @ 10,411,000 pieces struck!

IMO .. that coin came out very nice. It looks like a brown UNC now. Not sure how the little bit of .. build up
around the edges would impact the grade .. it is a very well stuck coin.

I have been using a jar of badThad's magic coin juice and have been very happy with some of the results.

I would be very happy with how that 12 D turned out.

This looks like Scotty's coin, I graded AU-50, if it is, now it looks like MS-60BN

Anyway, nice job on the conservation.

I originally gave it AU50. I'm gonna have to go with AU55 now.

It turned out really nice!

Yummy!

I bought some of your juice. Hoping for half the result you got here. I got a batch of 30's that has recent bright green verdigris (mositure in shipping?) I expect a full recovery.

Tim, thanks for your order!

VC works best on that type of thin, light verdigris. You'll see 100% removal within seconds. Be sure to take some before/after pics to share!

Roger that. Looking forward to it.

How much time did you spend on the above 1912D?

About 5 minutes or less. It's now in an airtite with my main collection at the bank. Believe it or not, my old 12D was my grandfathers and it was an F12, so this is a nice upgrade/addition.
