PCGS, NGC, ANACS, and ICG can be trusted in my opinion. The only way to guarantee that something doesn't happen to your coin in transit is for you to insure it for the amount you think it's worth. The TPG will also insure it coming back to you. If you send it requiring a signature, you will also have proof that they received it if something happens while the coin is in their hands.

I personally don't know what to do though. As for I am not living in the US, sending coins to the US for slabbing makes me feel uneasy.

I believe that is the one thing most people fear about sending coins in to be graded. That being said I have sent many package to NGC and have never once had an issue, heck one time my wife forgot to even put Insurance on the package (that was a stressful time) but it made it there just fine

I've only sent one coin off to get it graded and slabbed. I did as Susan suggested in an earlier post, I sent it registered insured, with return receipt requested for my own peace of mind. It did get there safely, and returned to me safely; however, I used the economy service, so it took about six weeks to get it back.

The suggested TPG services are all fine - I have had a great many coins certified for clients (but personally I don't certify my own coins - I prefer to have direct access to the coins to perform tests and to see the edges). But I do work for investors who would never buy anything raw. They tend to be investor types - not real hard line collectors who "love" the coins and not their value.
