I have been trying to ID this one for hours now, please help :(

The only thing I can be sure of is that the date seems to be AD1327 and that the denomination must be 20 but can't find any coin like that in the Kraus catalog

I'm away from my books, but I'd say it's (Ottoman) Turkey, 20 para. The date is AH 1327 (not AD) - acsencion year, and looks like reignal year 3. I hope somebody can translate it to AD date.
