I come across a lot of coins in my travels and have had several, "Cartwheel pennies", but I have never seen the counterstamps that appear on this one.

Can anyone help me with the origin of the counterstamps?

First of all welcome to the Forum, barnaclefish!

The counterstamp on your coin doesn't look familiar to you. Most likely it is a private stamp, for any of a number of reasons. It could be impossible to track down the source of it.
