I have looked this coin over every which way you can. No scratches in the field East of the base of the memorial no scratches in the bay and cannot see any trails off of LIBERTY. Does have the big crack in the hair and the small one going north from the planter. Sooooo I don't know what I have here, just a couple of die cracks or what. Any help sure would be appreciated.

Ok, I am betting on just a couple of die cracks.

Where do you think you see the doubling? On LIBERTY?

The pros might be able to tell with that pic, but I would like to see LIBERTY a little closer. Looks like something could be going on there, but hard to tell from that pic (at least for me).

Top left of the B and top left of the T and maybe the top left of the Y. It is really minor just a very light splitting of the seriffs. I would not of looked twice if not for those other indicators. Sorry was the best I could do with these images.

Looks like a normal coin. If you were going by the marker on the head, this happened on a lot of the cents on several years. The 016 has a different spread on the devices on LIBERTY that your coin doesn't have. Find the doubled die first and markers last to ID a coin. A lot of things happen over and over on coins because they are created equal. It is on the die itself that a variety is created. Some of these chips get real ugly and they keep striking:
