Just a die chip, very common on '50's wheaties.

I've got a lot of his relatives, too. Those die chipped LWCs are fun to collect just for the variety of 'em.

Yup, it's a chip off the old 5. And, yup, I'm not proud, these are collectible when they come my way, too!

Probably less common than the double die just not nearly as collectible :) We should start a date die chip collecting movement and start driving up the prices on these guys...
