Ugh I thought the obverse looked a bit too worn for the color. On the bright side, only paid 10 cents...

Fenton, take a look at that top picture. It's very clear from that, that's a dead surface. While it may indeed still shine and reflect, some, all the bounce and liveliness was taken out of that surface. That's how we can tell it was cleaned.

VF20/25 cleaned sounds like about the right ballpark to me.
