Looks like a normally toned Morgan dollar in EF-45 to AU-50 condition

What will hold it back is wear not the toning. I'm not sure how much of the hair and breast feather weakness on that coin is attributable to strike (not uncommon for "O" coins) v/ wear. If it is wear, probably more in the EF-45 worst case EF-40 range. If flatly struck, could definitely make AU. Seems to show some luster in your photos which is a good sign.

It appears closer to EF40 than AU.

It's a hard call with the picture being a bit to small to zoom in. I do agree it's in the range of EF - AU.

Would like to see closer pictures, but from what I can see I would also say EF-40.

Note according to Numismedia there's no significant retail price difference for this coin in XF-40 v/ AU-50 (both $28) so either way you have yourself a nice higher grade Circulated Morgan dollar.
