I am looking for a 1879 CC Morgan and I run across this one on Harlin J. Berks website. Before I make a decision I would like to get some opinions on the grade and price of this one. I may be posting some more as I value your thoughts on these purchases.

It's a nice original grey coin with even wear on obverse and reverse. I agree with the grade too. I don't have my greysheet in front of me but the price seems fair.
It has nice eye appeal for the grade.

Agree with the grade. $165 price seems on the high side of retail value. I can get an F-15 PCGS slabbed on Teletrade for about $100 inclusive of buyer's fee.

So that would be what, $115 plus s/h. Thats a great deal. I've only bought from Teletrade once. I was happy with the coin.

I'd say $165 seems about right for the grade. I doubt you can find an F-15 for $100 - $115 on Teletrade. I'd have bought a few if you could. :o Original coin looks nice, very original, and I'd agree with the grade.
