hard to tell , i'll say yes
but pcgs will prob say no.

I restored a 18-17 awhile back . I think it is anyways
The prob is it been struck with a worn die and I can barley make it out ,look like the one above
a 7 bar running through the bottom hole of the 8, and a tear drop look to the upper hole .

But there are counterfiets so who knows

Buffaloes are tough to grade! I'm going to say VG8?

Sorry to say, not an 18/7-D. The top of the 8 is too round. On genuine examples, the top is flat and youp can clearly see the 7 going through the 8. I have a pic of pone I restored and have since sold. I will post pics so you can see. Hopefully, I still have the pics.
Sorry my pics are small, I want to get more closeup pics.

My guess is F-15 and am assuming some of the lack of detail is due to the small pictures. Nice coin though, major toughie!

This looks VG8 but I need a closer up picture of the reverse. It could be a F12

I'm not good at grading these, but looking at the overall coin, I would say at least fine.

I'm leaning towards F-12 also-I think that is what PCGS will give it if it hasn't already been graded.

My vote is for f12. The horn may not quite be there but the overall appeal is quite nice
and those old Buffalo's were never very crisp for the most part.

My totally inexpert eyes thought F12 at first glance.
But, I know a thing or two about overdates.
