Can you recommend air-tite cases for the following coin sizes?

40mm x 2.98mm
40mm x 4mm
38.1mm x 3.1mm
37mm x 3.2mm
40.6mm x 4mm

Also, do you recommend gaskets for these cases? Can the hard plastic interior damage a coin that is snug in the case?

My main concern is if the 4mm thick coins will fit.

Can you allow me to think 'outside the square'?

This is on another thread, can't remember where, so I will repeat it here.

Way back in 1964 I got a perfect mint state 1964 .900 fine Kennedy half. I sprayed it with acrylic lacquer from a spray can. That coin now still has the same blazing cartwheel appearance that it had in 1964. That coin lives in a standard 2x2 holder.

You still need to protect the lacquer from physical damage. Because your coins are thicker, you will need to cut the clear windows out of several holders to match your coins' thicknesses, before binding them together

If I want to remove the lacquer, acetone should do the job nicely.
