I'm not seeing it. It looks like a normal '76 to me.

well the L looks doubled on the inside

the distance from the L to I in liberty is very small

Looks normal. The lighting and die wear makes it appear larger, but just a normal coin. On the 001 the outer devices appear doubled in size. This is where the doubling would be different.
