$20 sounds really steep for a Kennedy half that is not slabbed. At that price, I'd want something in an NGC or PCGS slab.

Well the 1970 D is a key date and they only came in Mint state. They were not circulated if I remember correctly and have a very low number of strikes. Just the mint set normally will run about 20, but this coin looked even better.

I think I paid 14 dollars for mine casutherland...last summer and it was in a mint cello

Ah well I went ahead and bought it, it looked realitively good and I have been looking for a mint one for a while and havent seen anything. Maybe I overpaid a little bit but its hard to find the "perfect" deal. Everyone gets good deals and bad deals.

I don't think $17 is out of order for a '70-D, especially if the grade is right.

Ya I thought so, It looks pretty dang good. I am liking the Halfs on Teletrade too. Do they pack on a lot of extra costs once you win the bid?
