1921 Dime Buying/Worth. - Coin Community Forum

calgarycoin New Member Canada 40 Posts	Posted 01/10/2011 3:04 pm I have only recently began collecting coins and have never purchased a coin(only rolls). There is a guy near my street that has a sign on his front lawn that says "collectables here" so being that is incredibly cold and I didnt want to go to the mall with the wife I decieded I would check it out. He didnt have many coins but I liked his 2 1921 dimes he called them "close to uncirculated" and "fair" condition. For a newbie what would I look for when buying and how much would you pay. His coins were nowhere near what condition he said but they look really nice for being that old. Report this Post to the Staff
