My thoughts- stay away from it! Pics are terrible- small and blurred. That could be intentional with the seller deliberately trying to obscure the repaired area. If someone goes through the hassle and expense of having a coin repaired, then it probably had a major problem- like a hole
. Repairs are typically done on high dollar coins because a good repair is not cheap and expensive coins have the most to gain by a repair but this coin would definitely not qualify as "high dollar" so I am not sure why someone would attempt to repair it
I do know of one individual that specializes in repairing coins, he is very good at what he does but intentionally leaves traces of the repair as evidence.
