It looks nice but what was "repaired"?

THAT makes a big difference!

My thoughts- stay away from it! Pics are terrible- small and blurred. That could be intentional with the seller deliberately trying to obscure the repaired area. If someone goes through the hassle and expense of having a coin repaired, then it probably had a major problem- like a hole. Repairs are typically done on high dollar coins because a good repair is not cheap and expensive coins have the most to gain by a repair but this coin would definitely not qualify as "high dollar" so I am not sure why someone would attempt to repair it I do know of one individual that specializes in repairing coins, he is very good at what he does but intentionally leaves traces of the repair as evidence.

Looking at the pics, my guess is that it was holed at about 10 o'clock - right to the right/above Liberty's outstretched hand. You can see some evidence of this on the reverse near the A and D of "TRADE" as well (I believe).

Some of these repairs can be expertly done, with the details re-engraved so that it's hard to tell.

It all really comes down to price. I did a little bit of looking at Completed listings; I saw one other holed/repaired Trade in an ANACS slab that went for $99 and several others that were in details or genuinue slabs - usually cleaning - in the $100-150 range. I'd probably pick cleaned over damaged though. I think it's ok to own these personally so long as they have nice eye appeal and are priced right. Looks like problem free coins are in the $250-300 range.
