This penny appears to have doubled columns on reverse side.
Does anyone else see it and do it have any value ?

We would need better/larger pictures to determine with any certainty.

There is a 70-S small date variety to look for too.

Welcome to the forum. Are referring to bay 5 and bay 7 (right side of column 5 and left side of column 8)? If so...that is common on most Lincoln Memorial Cents. As stated above...be sure to check and see if you have a 1970S small or large date. For a explanation on how to identify the 1970S small/large date...please check out this link to a discussion on this forum. Scroll down to the post by Coop. Excellent pictures for reference.

Also check for the ends of the 9 in the date. The small date's ends are chiseled. The large date are blunt.

The reverse with bars in the bay with the statue are 1990's-2008 cents. There are a few on the 1994 that are not on the center ones that are in the bay with the statue.
