I'm just seeing a trinary. A repeater would go 40704070, bookend would go 407xx407, bookend repeater would be new term to me.

Why would it have to be 407? Why not 40? Bookend simply refers to the same number at both ends which happen to enclose the repeating 70-70.

As with coins, I have lightened my load and rid myself of the vast majority of currency.... the convenience stores won't accept the stuff anyway.
