No, if you are going to send money order to Australia, make sure the person knows he is going to get a money order. Any Australian bank will charge an extra 15AUD (if I remember right), so that will add to your cost factor or unless the person is more than happy to accept the cost factor. I have done this before so please kindly note that.
I am not too sure if the person whom you are planning to send the money to is willing to accept paypal and I had paypal issues trying to send money into my account, and ever since that event, I just decide to use whatever funds back into the system.
Sure thing, the person whom you want to pay to can simply refuse to accept paypal. However if this is urgent, I am more than happy to help you with the transaction.
