1988 Lincoln Cent Missing FG On Reverse

tornandfrayed75 Valued Member United States 447 Posts	Posted 01/17/2011 7:40 pm I've looked on a few other sites and can't find anything. I found a 1988 LMC, roll searching, turned it over to check for the serif on the "G". Much to my surprise, there was no FG. After looking through a 10X glass at it, the FG is there but EXTREMELY faint to non-existent. The corner of the Memorial and the rim (edge) of the coin show no wear. Has anybody heard of this before?
