i have a chance to get either a 1960 or 1963 PR-70 DCAM Rosie, which would be more valuable?

Are they slabbed? Who graded them? Tuff one as to which is more valuable since it may well depend on who's buying.

The '60 is about half the mintage of the '63 so all things being equal I'd say the 1960

ICG is not a market recognized grading company - I would be VERY careful about not paying anywhere close to realistic PR70DCAM money for either of them. The price guides people use for these assume you're talking about NGC or PCGS certified coins. All others are considred raw, thus are worth FAR less.
