But I feel I can take this one off any time , is more like a skin over the the coin on that spot that seems to come off if I try to pile off but I'm not sure ! I may try to take a close picture of the edge of the Cud later to see what you guys are going to say but I really want it to be a Cud because it ll be my first one lol !

Are you sure it's not a lamination problem? Most Cuds I've seen are fairly uniform with the coin's edge. This appears to be embedded. I'm no expert and can't wait for a decision.
