Here's some more magnified pictures of the coin through my microscope...looks like some scratches came from the die (eagle's neck), but most of them came from cleaning

. That white material on the "F" looks like a residue from a cleaning agent. I have also attached a pic of the cut, and as you can see there are light bluish particles in the cut...could be particles from the surface of the material that cut the coin.
So my question is...given the condition of the coin...is it worth keeping the coin for collection (coin album)? or should I try my luck returning it to the coin store I got it from (or probably ask for a replacement)? Thanks for your comments.
