This penny seems to have misplaced metal from the Lincoln's jaw to the top edge of the coin. Independently, I wouldn't think anything of what appears to be PMD on this coin.

I can't help but think that the missing metal has something to do with the chunk in WE. Even if it is PMD, how would this happen?
