Has anyone ever had succes finding rolls of half dollars at the satellite bank branches located inside Wal-Marts or other super store chains? Just a thought, thanks for any answers.

It really does pay to ask. The only thing I've ever bought at Walmart that was not Chinese, was a single 50 cent piece. The only one at the bank there. Guess what. My first 1970D. What a beaut!

Its all random! It doesn't matter where you get your rolls or what company or person rolled them...its all random chance! And thats why we keep doing it!

We have a Woodforest in the Wal-mart here. They told me they don't keep boxes on hand for sale, but since I have a business account there ($100 to open - easy, peezy, lemon-squeezy) that I can order boxes of coins for delivery every Monday.

Woodforest for some reason is a very easy bank to get CWR's from. They rarely have boxes.
