Wondering if anyone knows how to tell the difference between the two effigies of the 1926 sixpence? I had been told to look at the placement of the initials, but those have worn off. I have this coin and I can't figure out which of the two it is.

Yours is the older one, KM# 815a.2
The newer 6d, KM# 828 has "slightly smaller bust"
I'm providing a picture for comparison, your coin is on the left. Look at the distance from the point of the neck to the edge (I highlighted it in red), and the distance to the legend (highlighted in green).

Hi, I didn't know if it was worth starting a new thread, so I thought I'd just continue this one.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me whether this 1925 sixpence is a broad or narrow rim? And also is there any way to tell the difference without having both on hand and comparing the two side by side?
