Anyone know what this would be? I'm still new at this, but does not look like a RPM of anykind since the mark under the D does not look like a D, P, or S. I'm assuming pre-die damage or something since it appears to be below the D, but not very familiar with the processes a coin goes through yet?

Just coin damage on the mint mark.
