Could this possibly be a MPD or RPD or DD variety? I can definitely see another 2 and partial 4 and minor on the 1 and 9.

I am going with MD ( Machine Doubling) on this one due to the "shelf" like doubling and lack of split serf's. No added value, sorry.

I see just a normal dime. There may be a fading die scratch under the 2. But I see no evidence of an actual digit in that location.
