It's kind of difficult to say. Of all the coins minted, only about 100,000 have been sent to TPGs for grading. According to PCGS, most coins submitted, until 2010, were mostly MS-69. According to Coin Facts, in 2010 almost 70,000 of the coins submitted were graded MS-70. However, I believe they are having some problems with their siht. When I called up the 2010 ASE, they have a golden Chinese yuan as a picture. Even says Weinman did the coin. LOL!

With the advancements at the US Mint, I would imagine that most of the coins minted would probably grade in the mid 60s. But then I've been wrong before.

Oh, and one of you PCGS guys should have some one look at the Coinfacts problem.
