here is a 1942D whith with what I think might be a clipped planchet, at about 10:00 - 11:00. is this a clipped planchet, or just a damaged coin, and is a clipped planchet an "added value" coin? the price guide has a 42D in "F" grade at about $.30. would the clipped planchet give it any added value? thanks.

I'm no expert, but a clipped copper Lincoln usually goes for $3- $5, but condition is key... Do you have pics of the reverse?

Hard to tell if it is legit or not because of the angle and size of the pic. What does the edge look like in that area? Can we get a closer pic of both?
