Not full band, with typical clash mark on reverse. Light contact marks keeps this away from a 67.
I'd say is a 66.

Actually, I can't tell if this is FB completely. It's certainly close at least.

Also - there appears to be some sort of die crack that runs vertically through the obverse (you can see it in both of the first pictures from cap to almost ear area). Is this pretty normal for this particular coin? Does is detract from/add to its value?

I say is too small to add or detract value to it. The pictures is enlarge over 8X to see the crack.

Could vary widely, depending on which grade you get.

$50 for MS-66
$95 for MS-66 FB
$110 for MS-67
$300 for MS-67 FB

Because this isn't a $239042384 coin in MS-67 FB, I'd say you have a good chance at getting that grade if it really is FB.
