1943-D-LWC---Replated???

I have a really rough time grading these...

I see wear on the cheek and jaw...and above the ear.

I'm not an expert but the replated 43's usually jump out at you...they seem to have an unatural shine that reminds me a little of mercury...I don't see that here and would give it an AU58.

Thanks Maineman750. I agree, it's usually very easy to tell when one has been replated. That's probably why this one looks so different to me. I don't see any rust at all along the rim, and the details are nice and sharp.

Usually a replated coin shows much more wear.

Looks fine to me, just a little circulation rub and dirt. AU

I would say Original surface. I'm not sure if there is a flat spot on
the cheek and rub on the ear (so I may be wrong) but the bow tie and hair look MS
and the reverse looks MS so I'm going MS61
