I would say no. If you look closer to the top edge of the mint mark, it is flattened/pushed south on the coin. Chances are the top of the digits of the date have this same push as well. If the coin was BU you would probably see the striations of the metal contact on these upper devices. Something like this coin: Note the lines on the underside of the devices in this image.
