This is in a set that I'd received a long time ago. So it's still inside the plastic case I got it in, you'll see some of the scratches/defects on the case, these are as clear as I can get them for now.

Large Nose, piece (cud?)attached to the outer part (mid nose) Idk what that is, but looks like 2 eyelids spaced apart.

Wider angle shot with different lighting angle, shows different attributes: 1943-RPM--Possible-DDO-Also?

Lower portion, Not sure if this will help anyone:

First Welcome fellow Michigander. Where abouts are you, I'm in Arenac county. Don't think it's a DDO but it might be a RPM. It also looks like it may be re- plated?

John I'm in Macomb County (3rd time I've told you that lolol), I'm not too sure on it being a DDO either, but it just has some odd features. Not familiar with re-plating either, or the process they use in some sets that are sold. I can tell you this one has a brilliant blue luster to it, If it is though, could that take away from whatever value this may have?

Sorry about asking you where you were from three times,i have a bad memory . If it's re-plated I think it would lower the value of the coin.IMHO

The re-processing makes stuff appear/enhance stuff that not there or got plated into that coating. Value is cut for even a collectable piece.

What a bummer, Thanks COOP ! Still cool, and is the only 43 I have anyways. That is clearly a d/d though right?

Nope. It is die wear. The steel to steel contact of planchets and dies created extra wear on the dies. Not all the other devices flow toward the rim. Not just the mint mark.
