I have a 1943-s Lincoln Cent in high MS condition that has been in my family for quite some time.
It has what looks to be a very long die break extending from the liberty on the left all the way up to the upper right. I'm guessing it's only worth 20 bucks under normal circumstances, but would that large of a die break make it worthwhile to have graded? It wouldn't make sense (cents?) to pay $50 if it's only worth $30... Any suggestions?
Here's a picture that shows the extent of the break, but my camera just can't show off the condition. As an added note, the edge looks just as smooth and shiny as the rest of the coin, so from what I've been reading here, it might be a repro as well?

I'd say not MS, it has been reprocessed and that is not a die break. More likely a plating defect from the replating. Sorry but from what I see worth about 50 cents retail.
