Hello all. I need some aid in identifying two coins. I've done some exhausive search, but have come up completely empty. Any help would be much appreciated!

The top one is from Thailand, a 2 baht dated 1986 commemorating Princess Chulabhorn being awarded the UNESCO Einstein Medal. WorldCoinGallery example.

Not sure of the second one; what's on the other side?

Thank you!

That's all I have for the second one. I don't have the back. I believe it is an African coin, but that's the only thing I have. I don't have possession of the coins personally.

The second one is a 10 francs, issued by the Central Bank of the Western African States (Etats de l'Afrique de l'Ouest)

The image comes from World Coin Gallery.
