Possible LWC 1911 D Error?

I didn't see this error listed in the Red Book, but it's definitely obvious.

Possible-LWC-1911-D-Error?

These pictures were taken at almost a perfect vertical allignment. It's more obvious when held in the hand. But basically, the reverse is turned a little, by about 15 degrees or so from the obverse. Is this an error, or is this in every 1911 D?

Minor die rotation but not enough to attract attention as an error.

Just as a head's up - the Red Book doesn't list ANY error coins except in the error section in the back where they are vaguely listed by type.
