1774 Louis Xv N With Chopmark Iw& S

I am new on the forum and was recommended this forum by zerozero a member from the Kitco forum in the numi thread there.
My personal interest goes to sovereigns but have interest in numis in general too.
One of my numi friends has a Louis XV silver coin abt 4o mm diam. mintmark N ( montpellier ) and there is a chopmark on it
IW& S the & S are very shallow but visible whereas the IW is a clearcut mark in the piece
hope the picture isvisible

forgot the most important , somebody knows what / which company the chpmark IW & S represents ? is it american or british ofrom some other country?
