I don't know so much about this coin, but it the material feels like cardboard? Also, the reverse side is all gone - which is really weird too. The text on the overse is: Wilhelm Deutscher K.K.v.Preuss, which probably stands for Wilhelm German King and Emperor of Prussia, but since the whole coin is so weird, I'm not even sure if it's a real coin..

I'll post a pic and let you decide.

German-Or-Prussian-Coin?-Year?-Domination?-Real?

No, it's not a coin, just as this is not the "official" effigy of Wilhelm. Some kind of jeton. It does look like cardboard or some kind of layered material. The reverse, if any, must have peeled off.
You can see the incuse image on the opposite side, I wonder what technology was used to produce this ... thing. ?

I s'pose that the reverse were the german eagle. Could it be so that someone have tried to make a fake coin with a real coin as base/complement? If so, it would be interesting to see the real coin.

It really feels like some kind of cardboard, and the reverse feels a little wet, so it might be water that peeled off the reverse. Found the coin in a box my grandma gave me a few weeks ago, apparently the collection belonged to my grandpa's brother.

It's not trying to copy any genuine German/Prussian coin. I assume it's quite small? German coins featuring the Kaiser only came in denominations 2 marks and above; example of Wilhelm II gold 20 marks. It appears to be Wilhelm II rather than Wilhelm I, judging by the moustache.

I would guess it's a German-made jeton: a card counter or piece of play money.

The diameter is barely 10mm, so yeah, it's a pretty small coin. I just realized that my two 10 Mark coins with Reich President Ebert is made in the same material . This "coin" have both an obverse and reverse in a goldish colour. The reverse shows an eagle.

Okay, that was a let down, but at least I have a few coins that are real, haha!

Cheers!
