When you get to 50 posts you can post in the trade section. There was a thread just there recently from an Australian collector looking for bi metallic coins.

Thanks mnemtsas, don't know how I'll ever reach 50 posts so I thought people might find me this way.

50 posts comes in no time. The 50 posts thing is a trust issue, if you're willing to put the time and effort into adding some value to the board people are usually happy to trade with you. If you like bi-metallic coins why not post some scans in the World Coins section with some info about them. That will be useful and interesting for everyone and get your post count up in no time.

I also have a small collection of Bi-Metallics,, Mexico ,Hong Kong, and several others, that I have yet to photograph,, small but growing !!
Its pretty easy to get the 50 post minimum out of the way,, just talk to the people !! they add up pretty quickly !!

gxseries - Those bi-metallic coins are lovely. How many have you actually collected of them so far?

Collecting bimetalic coins is exploding in popularity. There are growing numbers of them and they are typically high denominations which collectors prefer. Most of these were begun in the 1980's but they've been made almost as long as coins themselves.
There's even a US silver center cent and some people consider clads to be bimetalic.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
