More than what is shown in the scan. A little shine but nothing exceptional

I'd say EF40, I collect them but no real expert. The Obverse has lots of rub.

It's hard to show luster on a scan at all. I really like the big die crack (or break?) on the reverse... She looks good, I almost think it is a weak strike on the obverse, maybe EF-40

Min=45, but looks AU for wear if only there were some luster

I dont know if this is a collected error or not, but some people do collect die break/cracked coins. If it were a well known error or a highly sought after one it could. I haven't gotten into 3c nickels so I couldn't tell you. Just figured I'd chime in.
