There is something I MUST warn you. Since you are living in the Phillipines, depending on the value of the banknotes, there should be some sort of precaution that you MUST take note of.
Since Phillipines is in the tropics, you might want to prepare a plastic container or metal box that would store the banknotes. Note, do take fastfords1's advice on the binder and make sure that they are PVC free.
Now, IF they are really valuable, I recommand you to get a pack of silica gel to contain the humidity. I assume that the banknotes that you have there are paper. Now papers do NOT like humid and high temperature, so if you are to store it in that manner without proper protection, you can expect them to grow fungi sooner or later.
